I was in the property management area for 13 years. So, I am familiar with the challenges of managing commercial, residential, and industrial properties. I know the work of managing properties, the daily and often hourly communication with residents, tenants, maintenance teams, contractors, property managers, and stakeholders. You need to do a lot.
